• Active contribution to development and implementation of Sourcing strategies
• Cooperating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, participation in cross-funcional projects, bulding and develop strong mutual beneficial partnerships in order to fullfill the overall procurement targets within delivery and quality performance, cost optimization, contractual compliance and the overall supply chain efficiency improvements
• Sourcing and on-boarding of new suppliers in line with the commodity strategy
• Performing market analysis in order to maintain a good knowledge of potential evolutions within the assigned commodity (new players, new technologies, raw material trends, etc.)
• Actively cooperate with other team members, benefit the synergies and strive towards global procurement approach
• Monitoring overall performance of the category and driving improvement actions when required
• Supporting Operations accorind to escalation process

Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:

• Bachelor and/or master within a relevant field of engineering study
• Proven track record within procurement (+1 yers)
• Experienced in leading negotiation
• Goal-oriented and proactive
• Excellent English communication skills, other languages will be an asset
• Willingness to travel internationally (10%-15% of working time)
• Ability to use ERP system and MS Office (in particular proficiency in Excel)
