***** Position description:

The Infrastructure and Design Specialist is responsible for creating
and ongoing management of an organization's reporting and data
feed needs and well as trouble shooting accounting data anomalies.
This individual provides maintenance, support, and enhancements to
accounting systems. Experience is typically specialized in one or
more of the following sub-competency areas: Finance Applications &
Systems, Marketing Applications & Systems, Email Applications &
Systems, Communications Applications & Systems, Brokerage
Applications & Systems, Capital Markets Applications & Systems
* Assisting in solution design
* Identify and correct data anomalies
* Develop custom applications to meet design requirements
* Develop custom reports to meet design requirements
* Develop custom data feeds to meet design requirements
* Provide and communicate gap analysis between specifications and
system capabilities
* Analyze change requests for impact (reports and configurations)
* Develop software solutions including reports, data feeds, and custom
applications
* Develop software solutions including configuration of data fields,
workflows, dashboards, etc.
* Create and correct custom solutions (interface, packages, functions,
procedures, triggers, etc.)
* Promote ETL (Extract Transform Load) configuration, testing,
maintenance and processing
* Receive legacy data; normalize, prepare and load to system
* Assist with data integrity and development of test cases for QA
* Author system as-built and technical documentation (ETL, data flows,
change specifications)
* Participate in system training, go live and change management
* Keep abreast in industry technology trends and methodologies
* Experience working with commercial industry financial applications
(Yardi, MRI, JDE Real Estate, etc.) and IWMS applications
(360Facility, Tririga, Manhattan, etc.) will be a plus
* Provide and communicate gap analysis between specifications and
system capabilities
* Analyze change requests for impact (reports and configurations)
* Develop software solutions including reports, data feeds, and custom
applications
* Develop software solutions including configuration of data fields,
workflows, dashboards, etc.
* Create and correct custom solutions (interface, packages, functions,
procedures, triggers, etc.)

***** Desired skills & experience:

* Minimum of 2 years of report and application development experience
developing and designing custom solutions
* Knowledge of IT processes, general controls and project management
* Good interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
* Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision making skills
* Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, on budget and
according to client expectations
* Full system development life cycle understanding
* Experience with ITIL based service management, incident management,
change management and configuration management processes.
* Good communication skills (verbal and written)
* Experience working with commercial industry financial


***** Nice to have:

* Experience working with commercial industry financial applications
(Yardi, MRI, JDE Real Estate, etc.) and IWMS applications
(360Facility, Tririga, Manhattan, etc.) will be a plus
* Knowledge of Yardi Schema and datasets is a big plus
