***** Technical Leader / Experience in Java and JavaScript / Full Stack
*****



***** The Key Responsibilities:

* Designing from scratch from general overview to details of low-level
implementation
* Presenting concepts and tips to the development team
* Providing technical assistance and coaching to programmers and
engineers
* Creating and documenting projects, including system models, data and
integration models for current and new solutions
* Designing a new AML platform function in the latest technologies of
a modern JVM-based stack
* Constructing a text analysis tool (natural language processing)
* Building the necessary components for integration with customer
systems
* Testing and developing a deep learning network
* Using the best linear tools: communication through Scrum in JIRA,
using GitLab, using Jenkins for automatic building and testing,
analyzing code using SonarQube and maintaining the artefact in
Artifactor


***** We expect you have:

* A minimum of 10 years of expierience in softwere development
* Experience in running a small and medium team
* A successful software delivery path for enterprises
* Experience in explaining selected techniques and projects to
programmers (clear and comprehensible documentation, diagrams,
etc.)
* Proficiency in SOLID and OOP projects and design patterns
* Practical knowledge and application of enterprise integration
patterns
* Practical understanding of TDD (Test Driven Development) and BDD
(Behavior Driven Development)
* Strong understanding of relational databases and large datasets
* Experienced in the continuous process of integration and delivery of
work
* Proficiency at work in the Linux environment and preserving
artifacts in Artifactory
* Fluency in English
* Intermediate knowledge of Polish
